Payment
We believe in clear, transparent pricing. All evaluation services are offered at a flat fee, so you won’t need to worry about how many hours an assessment might take, unexpected charges, or insurance copays and deductibles. The full fee for your evaluation will be outlined in your Informed Consent and Good Faith Estimate before we begin.
We currently accept:

📆 Flexible payment plans (discussed individually prior to scheduling)
🧾 Superbills for potential insurance reimbursement (you can submit these directly to your insurance provider)

Payment Plan Options
We understand that evaluations are a significant investment in your child’s future, and we’re committed to making high-quality assessments as accessible as possible. Below are the flexible payment options available for evaluations:
💳 Option 1: Pay in Full (Most Common)
A simple, upfront option for families ready to begin.
$250–$500 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking
Remaining balance due before the first in-person testing session
Ideal for: ADHD evaluations, gifted testing, or families who prefer to pay upfront
📗 Option 2: Two-Part Payment
Split the cost into two clear stages.
50% due at booking to reserve your spot
50% due before the feedback session or release of the final report
Ideal for: Full diagnostic evaluations or those needing modest flexibility
📅 Option 3: Installment Plan
Structured over time for larger evaluations.
Typically split into 3 or 4 scheduled payments
Example: 25% at booking, 25% at testing, 25% at feedback, 25% before final report
Must be paid in full before any report is released
