COMPREHENSIVE PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS

A psycho-educational assessment is a comprehensive assessment to assist in education and/or vocational planning. Upon the completion of a psycho-educational assessment, recommendations will be provided to help support student success

INDEPENDENT EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION (IEE)

The special education assessment process in public schools can be very stressful for families, and sometimes the district’s evaluation doesn’t match your views of your child. An Independent Educational Evaluation offers an unbiased look at your child’s strengths and challenges. This evaluation can help the IEP team agree while focusing on your child’s strengths.

PARENT COACHING

IQ & GIFTED TESTING

Intelligence testing, or IQ testing, helps understand how a person learns and guides their education. These tests are often used for students applying to Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) programs.

EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING COACHING

Helps students develop important skills such as managing their time effectively, staying organized throughout their tasks, planning ahead for upcoming assignments, and consistently sticking to their goals.

STUDENT & FAMILY CONSULTATION

Do you feel stressed or frustrated by the IEP process? Does it seem like the team only talks about your child's problems? We can help by joining IEP meetings with you and sharing feedback to keep your child's strengths in focus. We also offer other support, like attending Student Study Team (SST) meetings and meeting with parents privately to help their child.

ADULT TRANSITION

Adult assessments to identify the presence of ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and/or Autism are offered to college-aged students and adults who need a comprehensive and thorough understanding of their own unique learning profile and challenges. These evaluations provide valuable insights that can help inform educational, occupational, and personal development decisions.
