You're not just paying for a test.
You're investing in a roadmap.

School and insurance paid evaluations are designed to answer one question: does my child qualify for services? A private evaluation answers a deeper one: why is my child struggling — and exactly what do they need to thrive?

At BridgEd Psych, every evaluation ends with a comprehensive written report you can use with your child's school, their therapist, their doctor, and every new teacher they'll ever have. It's a thorough report — a clear, personalized plan that follows your child forward.

And because we're an independent practice, you won't wait 12–18 months like families often do through insurance. We move efficiently so you get answers when they matter most.

Find the right fit for your child

All fees are flat-rate — no hidden hourly charges, no surprise costs. You'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate before we begin anything.

We don't bill insurance directly —
but we make reimbursement easy

Many families recoup a meaningful portion of their evaluation costs through out-of-network benefits. Here's how it works.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is an itemized receipt — like a detailed invoice — that you submit directly to your insurance provider to request out-of-network reimbursement. It includes all the billing codes, session details, and provider credentials your insurance company needs.

We provide you with a complete superbill at the conclusion of your evaluation. Many families receive partial to significant reimbursement depending on their plan.

Tip: Call your insurance before we begin and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. We can help guide you on what to ask.

How to use it

  1. 1
Call your insurance and ask: "What are my out-of-network mental health benefits for psychological testing?"
  2. 2
Complete your evaluation and receive your superbill from BridgEd Psych.
  3. 3
Submit the superbill to your insurance through their member portal, app, or by mail.
  4. 4
Receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company — this can take 4–8 weeks.
